Goal of the project is the rising of a building designed during the 50’s by architect Giovanni Muzio in the center of Milan in order to create an apartment-boutique hotel.
The new floor covers an area of about 450 square meters and is made of a reception and waiting area, six apartments for the guests and some service rooms.
Considering the small size of the apartments, during the project great attention has been paid to the internal arrangement of the spaces in order to ensure a high level of privacy without splitting them too much. The choice of materials and the careful use of natural and artificial light have the goal of creating suggestive spaces with a domestic atmosphere.
